Hi I´m very frustrated about the after-sales service. On December 3 I bought a Basic license and the purchase status it is still in progress. Before purchasing I asked about the shipping time, and you told 2 weeks, I have been sending several emails to know when the mount will be shipped and I’m still waiting for an asnwer.

Can I use pen? How can I get one?
Yes. You can use a pen. Two pens ( soft ouch styluses) are included in every package. You can get one by contacting us at info@ubi-interactive.com
Is that for PC Use too? Works that on Windows 10 and Curved Monitors?
Yes, you can use it for PC ( any version of Windows) , Chromebook or Android. Unfortunately does not work on Curved monitors.

Yes. We basically have a camera that tracks your interaction. It is part of the arm that is perched on the TV. You can also get this as an add on bezel for the TV.

If you use remote desktop on the tablet(client) after you used the pc as a host you will be able to you will be able to use the touch capabilities,ta-da.Fuck ubi,u will only scratch your tv.

WAIT A MIN... most of this is in low light or dark conditions ONLY it's a projector?
+C. A. Ward This came out a bit dark mostly because of the projector being not so bright. You can use a TV or projector with Ubi. So, you can always get the best quality display out there and turn that interactive with Ubi.
Wow, this is the thing I've been waiting for! I'll test with the acrylic screen and with the rear-projection screen on the glass. I've not opened the new sensor sent from the Ubi Interactive yet. Now it's time!

I agree this tecnology can change the way to teach and, consequentetly, the world. But for this can happen you need to low the price and please, please, please make videos in portuguese for the brasilians business know this brinlliant and revolutionary product. A big hug for Ubi's people. Just a little advice, without to want to be rude: invest in yourselves visual. I agree you will make a lot of money, if you start to make business in privat's brasilians schools.
